(I’m currently teaching a very limited schedule through spring of 2024 while I finish my masters degree in social work at Simmons University. I miss the kiddos a lot, but I’m learning so much, and I look forward to bringing new ideas into my future classes! Check back here for information about summer pop-up classes and fall offerings, or scroll down to sign up for my mailing list!)

Friendly Kid’s Yoga classes teach skills that help young people develop inner and outer friendliness.

We work on nervous system regulation, self-compassion, communication, and social skill development through playful physical movement (yoga!), mindfulness activities, conversation, and creative expression. Classes are a blend of structured yoga/mindfulness curriculum and kid-directed play/project time.

Classes are taught by Ellen Olson-Brown, early childhood educator and certified yoga instructor.

Small group classes are offered in person in Groton, MA. I teach out of a dedicated space in my home and my back yard, when the weather allows. The space is designed for both active and calm play and tons of creativity!

I teach classes for preschoolers at local libraries. These classes are geared toward kids ages 3-5, but we can usually include younger and older siblings. Please contact the libraries directly to sign up.

I’m not currently teaching online kids’ classes, but check back here, as I may add them again in the future.
